Your customers message at 11pm. Someone should answer.

I build WhatsApp agents trained on your actual prices, services and policies. They answer, qualify and book, then hand the chat to your team the moment it matters.

Built in 3–4 weeks. The WhatsApp number, the data and the accounts stay in your name.

No staff awake. No lead lost. The booking was in the calendar before morning.

That was a mockup. This one is real.

Below is an agent built the same way I'd build yours. Trained on my prices, my process, my policies, and told exactly what it's not allowed to say. Type at it, or hit Talk to it and actually speak. If it doesn't know something, watch what it does instead.

Abiodun's agent AI, not a person
Hi. I'm an AI agent, built the same way Abiodun builds the ones that go on your WhatsApp. Ask me about the work, the price, the timeline, or what happens when it goes wrong.

It only speaks about things it's been taught, and it hands you to a human rather than guessing. That rule is the most important line of code in every agent I ship.

What the agent actually does

Answers the questions you get all day

Prices, hours, location, services, delivery, policies. It reads from the documents you give it: your price list, your FAQ, your terms. So it isn't guessing or inventing.

Qualifies the lead before you spend time on it

It asks what your best salesperson would ask: budget, location, timeline, what they actually need. Then it drops the qualified ones into your CRM or sheet with the full conversation attached.

Books the appointment

Checks your live calendar, offers real openings, holds the slot, sends the confirmation and the reminder. No back-and-forth, no double booking.

Knows when to get out of the way

Complaints, refunds, anything outside what it's been taught, or anyone who asks for a person. It hands over to your team with the transcript. Guessing and silence are both failures.

Built for businesses where WhatsApp is the front door

If most of your enquiries arrive as a message and someone has to stop what they're doing to answer them, this pays for itself quickly.

How the build goes

1

I read your chats

We go through your last few hundred messages together and list what the agent should handle, what it should never touch, and what your answers actually are.

Week 1

2

Your knowledge becomes the agent's

Price lists, services, policies, opening hours, the awkward questions you get weekly. All of it turned into something the agent can answer from reliably, in your phrasing.

Week 1–2

3

Wiring

WhatsApp Business API set up in your company's name, connected to your calendar and CRM, with the handover rules that decide when a human takes over.

Week 2

4

Your team tries to break it

Before a single customer sees it, your staff throw their hardest questions at it. Whatever breaks, I fix. Whatever it shouldn't say, I block.

Week 3

5

Live, and watched closely

It goes live on your real number. I read every conversation for the first two weeks and tune as we learn what customers actually ask.

Week 3–4

Running costs sit on your accounts, not mine. Meta charges per conversation and AI usage is metered. Both are billed directly to your business, in your name, so you can see them and you keep them if we ever part ways. I'll estimate them against your real message volume before you commit to anything.

Bigger builds are quoted separately. Multiple languages, payment collection in chat, more than two integrations, or an unusually large product catalogue. Happy to scope it, just not at this price.

Pay in pieces, not all at once

$5,000 in one go is a big first move. Pay $1,000 at a time, or $500, until it's covered. Your balance is remembered against your email, so you can come back and finish it whenever.

Card and bank transfer, handled by Bachs. Your card details never touch this site.

Questions people ask first

Will it sound like a robot?

It's written in your voice, using your phrasing, and it only speaks about things you've taught it. Most customers won't ask whether they're talking to a person, but if they do, it tells them the truth and offers to fetch someone. There's one on this page; go and judge it yourself.

What happens when it doesn't know something?

It says so and passes the conversation to your team with everything said so far. It never fills a gap with a guess. That rule is the single most important thing in the build.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

Yes, and I set it up with you during week 2. It's registered to your business, on your number, with you as the owner. I get access to work on it, and you can remove that access at any time.

What are the running costs on top of your fees?

Meta bills per conversation and the rate depends on your country and the type of message. AI usage is charged per conversation too. For most businesses this lands well under what one part-time person costs, but I'll work out real numbers for your volume before you sign anything.

Can I pay the $5,000 in instalments?

Yes. Pay $1,000 at a time, or $500, until it's covered. The payment section above tracks what's left against your email. The build starts once we've had the discovery call, and I'd rather you paid in pieces than not started at all.

Can I cancel the monthly fee?

Yes, with 30 days notice. The agent belongs to you and keeps running. I simply stop maintaining and improving it. I'll hand over documentation so someone else can pick it up.

How long until it's live?

Three to four weeks from the discovery session, assuming I can get your documents and a decision-maker in week 1. The slow part is almost never the technology.

What if it goes wrong with real customers?

For the first two weeks I read every conversation daily. You also get a kill switch. One message from you and every chat routes straight to your team until we've fixed whatever went wrong.

Send me your busiest day of messages.

Twenty minutes on a call and I'll tell you honestly how much of it an agent could have handled, and whether this is worth $5,000 to you. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Goes straight to Abiodun's inbox. He replies within one working day.
